In a multi-year effort, IBM rebuilt their web design system to improve clarity of content and to bring consistency across their hundreds of products. Our work focused on building a stronger narrative for IBM’s highest impact products, from Watson Assistant to ESG tracking tools.

I worked closely within design teams to craft trainings for these new standards. In the process, I collaborated with design leaders to build visual and UX refinements. Produced at VSA Partners.
