Nike Talent Lab

Since 2021, Nike and Omek have partnered to curate recruitment events for students from bicultural backgrounds.

These events challenge typical recruitment conventions — creating a two-way exchange of learning, sharing and open conversations. With Omek, I helped establish the Talent Lab offering, supported the program strategy, and engaged students and partner teams across events.
