A global leader in ticket sales, Ticketmaster’s web and app experience lagged behind younger players in the space.

Reimagined digital features centered on streamlining sales and improving customer experiences. Designs were based on insights from live events and fan interviews. As part of a pitch, the work focused on augmenting the physical experiences before, during and after live events.
