I care deeply about social and environmental systems and how tools can shape more open and equitable futures.

For over a decade, I’ve worked with startups and companies to design products, build programs and support cultural change.

Currently, I'm the Director of Design at BuildQ, a climate tech startup transforming the way sustainable infrastructure projects are financed. Our goal is to catalyze a global shift towards sustainability, equipping developers with the tools and resources they need. In parallel, I advise programs through Ground Study, an extension of my creative practice. 

Previously, I’ve built global tools for Google, developed trainings at IBM, curated programs within Nike and crafted community engagement for Omek.

As a design leader, I work across platforms and programs, crafting how we gather, learn and engage. I have a special love for working within small teams, guiding the product experience as well as championing team processes and ways of working.

I’ve lived across the US, South America and Europe and am currently based in Rotterdam. I work with collaborators worldwide.
